[Remote] Customer Service Officer

- Reply to WhatsApp chats, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages to answer any enquiries.
- Need to communicate with manager on daily basis for task (online).
- Must have good attitude to reply text messages.
- Fast response to new message from leads.
- Storing or keying data accurately to the software system.
- Attention to details
- Admin ad-hocs (printing attendance for class).

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Experience 2 years
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Bahasa (Indonesia)
- Able to adapt with fast-paced working environment
- Fast learner (able to learn to use in-house system to handle leads)
- Meticulous (very careful when doing tasks)

**Working Arrangement**
- Shifting Schedule 5 days working 2 days off.
- Fully remote working
- Remuneration: IDR 4.000.000 - 4.500.000/month
- Additional pay of 300,000 per day. If your working schedule falls on a public holiday in Indonesia.

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
