To keep up with the demand, we're excited to expand our talented team!We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support our team in London remotely.**Key Responsibilities**:- First Point of Contact for New Leads: Act as the initial contact for new leads, providing them with the necessary information and guidance about the company's treatments ands services.- Follow-up on Messages: Proactively follow up on previous communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.- Appointment Management: Ensure that clients are reminded of and show up for their appointments, managing schedules effectively.- Booking Appointments: Handle the scheduling and booking of appointments for clients, coordinating with other departments as necessary.- Answering Enquiries: Provide accurate and timely answers to customer enquiries, offering solutions and additional information to meet their needs.**Qualifications**:- This role requires excellent communication skills in English, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Able to work UK timezone from 5pm - 1am (Jakarta time) for 5 days work week including Sunday, Monday and TuesdayPlease submit your updated resumes in English.**Salary**: Rp4,600,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience working remotely?**Language**:- English (preferred)
