Proven experience as a headhunter or recruiter, preferably in the EdTech sector.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency with job boards, recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies.
