**Major Job Responsibilities/Duties**

- Improving project team's capabilities through skills upgrading
- Continuously enhancing technology automation and capabilities
- Upgrading linguists' competency and productivity
**Major Job Responsibilities**:
- Handle live chat/ message correspondence on the portal and liaise with internal teams to resolve customer's query
- Proceed translation jobs by assigning tasks to designated/ freelance linguists, monitoring job status as well as delivering the certified documents to the customers via portal
- Provide pre
- and post-translation support such as typesetting & formatting to the project team if necessary
- Control project quality and resolve the problems effectively
- Able to source and engage suitable linguists for assigned projects and communicate the project's expectations effectively
**Job Qualifications & Skills Preferred/Required**:
- Degree holder and have at least 1 - 2 years of Project Management and Customer Service experience
- Must work with MS Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint) and PDF software; typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage
- Familiar with web data formats, HTML, XML, CSV, and digital marketing process
- Multi-tasking, responsible, able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- High integrity, eager to learn and able to work independently
- Organized, good multicultural communications and coordination skills
- Able to communicate well and good correspondence writing skill in English
**Salary**: Rp5,700,000 - Rp8,500,000 per month
