Remote Sales Customer Service - Part-Time

Contact potential customers through phone, email and online chat tools to introduce the company's products and services.
Identify customer needs and provide professional product recommendations and solutions.
Follow up potential customers to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after-sales issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Record and update customer information to ensure that the data in the CRM system is accurate and complete.
Continuously learn and understand the company's products and market trends, and improve your sales skills and knowledge level.
Complete sales goals and tasks on time. Job Requirements:
