**Rental & MMR Coordinator**
**Job description**:
**Role and responsibilities**:
- Preliminary planning of project work to consist of developing and communicating schedules, allocating assets and attending pre-job meeting with the project teams to understand requirements.
- Project execution, inclusive of monitoring and tracking baseline schedules comparatively to actual. Ensuring project schedules are maintained and met. Verification of equipment availability and readiness by working with other department.
- Attend Customers (Pre-Spud/DWOP/CWOP/HSE/Technical Support meetings as required and follow up meeting actions assigned by AM Manager
- Managing Rental and Service Tools Inventory accurately.
- Organize meeting upon request by Sales and Marketing, Project Coordinator, AM Manager or management with customers as required to strengthen relationship
- To keep and manage the Rental tool was sent in quality manner (meet all requirement) to avoid any non-conformance issue.
- Assist in the generation of local work instructions and process improvements related to asset locations and availability.
- Assist / Coordinate logistic of parts / tooling needed for field use as required.

**Location**: Jakarta - Cakung Plant Aftermarket Santana
**You are meant for this job if**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum five years' experience in an oilfield service, preferably wellhead equipment
- Must have a general knowledge of typical manufacturing and inspection processes.
- Should also be familiar with offshore operations, inclusive of Installation, work-over and retrieval.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills in order to interact co-workers and manufacturing departments in a matrixed environment.
