•Reporting / Financial Analyst experience in an MNC •Experience in the FMCG or Trading industries preferred •Strong financial planning & analytical skills About the opportunity Role Purpose The Reporting Analyst is a part of Finance team Performance, Planning & Insights Manager is part of the Finance team charged with providing regular reports as required by Group and Internal management, ensuring accurate financial reporting throughout an organization by working closely with various departments and management.
Ensure data collated and analysed is robust and provides meaningful insights to drive financial performance. Support Insights Manager on the financial planning & forecasting processes across the company together with Business Partners, including the 3 year business plan and annual budget and interface with Group to provide an overall strategy and plan for the business. Support Business partner on building P&L for innovation/new product including cost and price analysis to provide insight on the profitability of said product. Liaise with global accounting team to ensure the new reporting system can be used in day-to-day operations. About You: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or relevant professional certification a plus). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a reporting or financial analyst role in an MNC environment. Experience in the FMCG or Trading industries preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statement construction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
