Reporting Specialist

In order to support the **Production department** in Kavadarci, we are looking for Reporting specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

**Tasks**:

- Responsible of smooth, very well organized and optimal office workflow
- Communicate with internal and external areas as part of the task and take care of internal and external customers and visitors
- Prepare and maintain simple documents (e.g. presentations, lists, documentations, instructions, etc.) according to guidelines; in a common foreign language (e.g. English, German, etc.) as requested
- Create simple evaluations, statistics and reports according to clear guidelines; in a common foreign language (e.g. English, German, etc.) as requested
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly production and other reports
- The Reporting Specialist in conjunction with the Production Managers, Maintenance and FBB ascertains the objectives necessary to meet production, quality and safety standards

**Profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Technical Studies
- Very good knowledge of English language or knowledge of German language
- Very good in Microsoft Office Package
- Customer orientation
- Flexibility
- Communicative person with team spirit
