DepartmentRisk Management- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Compliance and Risk Management team ensures that Shopee complies with applicable regulations and is primed for success with the right checks and balances while safeguarding the interests of our stakeholders in an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem. The team manages potential risks to the company's operations and reputation through risk assessments, internal fraud control, employee training as well as the implementation of information technology policy and cyber security tools.
- Develop and implement risk policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards for risk management
- Perform risk identification, review, assessment, and reporting across all business areas, processes, and initiatives
- Track and monitor risk events and issues, both internally and externally
- Recommend and develop comprehensive action plans and improvements to effectively mitigate risks
- Review and create issue & crisis management plan and communication materials for various reputational risk events
- Produce risk reports for and provide risk advisory to stakeholders and management
- Conduct risk-related training and socializations to stakeholders in order to instill and improve risk culture
- Keep abreast of latest risk management techniques, industry best practices, and regulations, and assess their impacts
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields and 3-5 years of work experience in risk management, audit, or consulting
- Growth mindset, analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to details with ability to produce holistic picture of risk insights
- Strong written & verbal communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
