Job Description Oversee and manage R&D projects related to adhesive formulation and development.Create and improve adhesive formulations, focusing on material chemistry and manufacturing processes.Analyze how production equipment affects product properties and overall performance.Evaluate different materials and alternatives to assess their influence on adhesive properties.Build and maintain strong relationships with material suppliers and industry contacts. Requirement Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Research and Development, preferably in adhesives.Strong expertise in adhesive formulation, chemical processes, and production equipment.In-depth knowledge of material properties and their impact on product performance.Experience in managing supplier relations and material sourcing.Detail-oriented, able to work both independently and collaboratively.Willingness to be based in Cikande, Banten.
