Research And Development (Mandarin Speaker)

**Research and Development Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas.
- Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.
- Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility.
- Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
- Creating design projects and specification sheets.
- Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders.
- Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes.
- Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
- Resolving product issues.
- Overseeing the production process.
- understand the regulatory documents for new products that will be registered with BPOM or the Ministry of Health

**Research and Development Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy / chemistry
- maximum 35 years
- Minimum 2 years or more experience as R&D in the skincare / cosmetics industry
- Have extensive knowledge regarding new product registration regulations with BPOM / Ministry of Health
- **Fluent Mandarin is a must**

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp10.000.000 per bulan
