Research And Development Officer - Surabaya & Bali

**Position Job Scope including, but not limited to**- Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:- Responsible for conducting delivery trial for the new sample and new improvement- Identify sample condition after delivery process- Supporting development/improvement (trials) in hubs- Create and establish SOP for all product handling stages- Execute R&D technical tasks in food sensory testing, packaging development- Conduct a review of the new sample and provide a report- Deliver solutions at defined quality, time and cost in order to transfer science-based innovation to our business.**Qualification Requirements**:At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in RnD- Have working experience in R&D and/or QA/QC- Have experience and knowledge about Sensory testing, Food safety & handling, SNI, Halal, GMP, HACCP, ISO- Have good communication skills, problem solving, continuous improvement, time & project management- Willing to be placed in Surabaya & Sidoarjo/Bali7pjq0P4WMn
