Research And Development Section Head

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:
Manage and mentor a team of researchers, chemists, and technicians.

Product Development:
Oversee the development of new grease formulations to meet market demands and regulatory requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis and testing of existing products for continuous improvement.

Project Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor R&D projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate R&D initiatives into the overall business strategy.

**Quality Assurance**:
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to address and resolve any product quality issues.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Translate market insights into actionable R&D strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge about Saponification process
- Proven experience in grease formulation and research and development within the lubricants industry
- Proven experience in refinery process
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Rp1,000,000,000 - Rp1,500,000,000 per month

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Research and Development: 2 years (required)
- lubricant/grease/saponification process: 1 year (required)
- Fuel Oil/Distillation/Refinery: 1 year (required)
