RESEARCH ASSOCIATE - QUALITATIVE
- As a Research Associate, you are responsible to provide day to day support to Directors, Managers and Executives across a range of accounts and build significant impact on our client's businesses. If you are hardworking to begin your career in market research industry, this is an entry level role to the industry, which enables you to develop proven bases in insights-based consulting.
- What you'll do
The primary responsibility includes supporting the team to prepare screeners, drafting discussion guides, set up of projects, moderation, assisting in proposals, analysis, presentation development and reporting as well as internal responsibilities such as project management. Your contributions to the team are:
- Provides support to run projects on day-to-day basis, working closely with other team members to make the projects/accounts as successful as possible in order to deliver the following:
- Prepares and brings together, in advance, all relevant materials for discussion at meetings
- Communicates clearly with other departments to facilitate the efficient running of the account
- Provides timely, adequate, clear and concise briefings to relevant parties
- Always follows up any communication to make sure it is understood and meets deadlines
- Fieldwork & Analysis:
- Pitching & proposal preparation, provide secondary research, produce/ arrange support materials to win and develop business
- Formulation, articulation and validation of hypotheses to help build appropriate, relevant and impactful stories
- Works efficiently by planning, reviewing, improving and streamlining processes & systems without compromising quality
- Business development, financial management, general admin, and training

- Holds minimum bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience from well recognized International or Indonesian University
- You are a fresh graduate or have < 1 year working experience
- Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
