Details of the offer

Responsibilities:

- Develop competency-based training modules.
- Collaborate wuth Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training materials.
- Create training evaluation instruments.
- Conduct research for training materials.
- Design training programs.
- Recap training reports.
- Facilitate training activities.
- Implement effective training methods.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or any relevant educational field.
- At least 1 year experience in Learning & Development or Training & Development (Freshgraduate are welcome).
- Proficient in training module development, end-to-end training processes, Training Needs Analysis, and training evaluation.
- Knowledge about SKKNI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
