Research & Development Supervisor

Responsible in Product Development- Test new products for color to industry standards- Conduct experiments in laboratory- Develop new products according to customers needs- Coordinate R&D projects with sales and bus dev team- Oversee all aspects of research program and experiments- Supporting document, facilities sample request from sales & Bus DevBachelor degree in Food Technology or equivalent Experience minimum 3-5 years as R&D in F&B / Food Maufacture Good analytical skill Have strong problem solving and communication skills Ability to meet timely deadline Willing to work in Cikarang - Jawa Barat
