**Main Responsibilities**:
- Lead the scoping of research and accountable for research works and roadmap for their Tribe
- Defines research prioritization within the Tribe they are managing
- Own research initiatives related to product evolution
- Own initiatives related to research function evolution
- Manage relationships with the stakeholders and be a strong evangelist for users' voice
- Help mentoring and coaching team members
**Requirements**:
- Mixed method researchers with at least 5 years of experience in UX Research with experience in managing/mentoring other researchers
- Able to create a research roadmap strategy to help shape the product roadmap
- Able to design, execute, and analyze the research project from start to finish independently with minimum supervision
- Able to communicate the research findings to relevant stakeholders and be the advocate of users' voices to ensure customer centricity within the company
- Proven track record of translating users' insights into product or design strategy
- Has an experience in B2B space is preferable
