Research Manager - Innovation

As this will be a senior position, evidence of research productivity, hands-on in preparing the research report, versatility in research methods, experience on handling client service in research project, and the ability to work with interdisciplinary research teams are all essential**REQUIREMENTS**:- Min. Bachelor / Master Degree from Social Studies & Quantity Survey: Sociology, Psychology, Math, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent.- Advanced expertise in quantitative methods (Statistics, Product / Concept test, U&A, Brand Health, Retail Management, Customer Experience, etc).- Excellent experience on handling research project management: from research design to client service management.- Previous Experience in Market Research Company will be an advantage.- Preferably at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.- Excellent communication skills in English for business purposes.- Full-Time position available.The Innovation Service Line guides clients throughout the innovation journey as they develop and launch new or improved products and services spanning a range of verticals. We help our clients develop the initial idea for a product/service, ensure the fully-articulated description of the product/service resonates with consumers, confirm that prototypes of the product/service properly deliver on consumer expectations, and finetune the full mix prior to launch. This is accomplished using best-in-class services, including idea screening, concept testing, product testing, price and line optimization, package testing and volumetric forecasting.
