**Responsibilities**:
- General:
- Managing a team of quantitative research under research director guidance
- Allocation the load within the team
- Directly involve in the personal development of team members
- Research Project Execution
- Preparing the project budget
- Directing and briefing the field vendor before project execution
- Performing field monitoring during the project
- Liaising with other department such as Data Processing & Data Analyst
- Compile and analyze the data and formulate it into report and recommendation
- Presenting the end report to the client
- Business Development
- Maintaining the relation with existing clients as well as surfing the possibilities to acquire new clients through connections
- Meeting and liaising with clients to negotiate and agree research project
- Preparing brief and proposal as well as formulating research plans to present to the client
- Liaising with Business Development and other related department for formulating the value of the project
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors' Degree from a reputable company
- Strong analytical skills & good knowledge on statistics
- Good consultation skills, along with team management
- Excellent Relationship with Clients
- Excellent overall Communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- English fluency - Oral and written
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Prior experience working on the client side. Preferable someone with exposure both on agency and client side
