Research Associate

This is an entry level role to the industry, which enables the individual to develop strong foundations in insights-based consulting. The responsibility is to learn the brand offer and ways of working to deliver efficient and timely support for clients. The role includes supporting the team to prepare questionnaires, presentations and reports, manage projects and engage clients, and provide support with Qualitative research studies by way of focus group discussions, Ethnography work, and producing meaninful insights.

Key Outcome
- Accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of account outputs including presentations, reports and workshops.
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring accurate and timely delivery of scripts, charting, fieldwork and data provision from relevant departments
- Contribute to formulation, articulation and validation of hypotheses to help build appropriate, relevant and impactful stories
- Translate data into insightful chart, deliver the interpretation and provide a point of view on specific client issues aligned with brand philosophies and clear implications that will help clients make better decisions

- Educated to degree level preferable in marketing or business
