As a Research Intern, your main responsibility will be assisting more senior researchers in executing their research projects and tasks. Your technical skills, problem-solving skills, and way of working will be directly reviewed by the Research Lead.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the step-by-step research process, including but not limited to: planning, recruiting, interviewing, making surveys, and reporting. Also, by joining the research team, you will be having the exposure to understanding how other product team functions work.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with more senior research team members to assist the entire research projects.
- Contribute as thought sparring partner with fellow researchers during research planning, discussion guide making, and survey review.
- Act as a partner alongside researchers during discussions with other teams while also maintaining proper documentation (e.g. note taking, screen recording).
- Help researcher to recruit, screen, and schedule interview sessions.
- Assist fieldwork sessions such as: managing logistics, ensuring recordings, and do note takings.
- Attend synthesis sessions and share thoughts regarding results from research projects.
- Ensure compliance for each project such as: incentive management and project documentation.
