The **S-Quantum Engine** is Sinarmas Financial Services' Digital Factory - focused on transforming one of Indonesia's largest financial services groups to match the increasingly digital demands of today's financial services sector.This position reports to the **Head of Business Intelligence & Research **of the S-Quantum Engine. Our team in Business Intelligence & Research are experts in business, product, and customer understanding. We help business units and SQE (S-quantum engine, our digital factory) to picture a holistic understanding of the existing market and competitor benchmarking to support digital transformation. Here, we are not only providing data but also structuring strategic insight for a better business outcome.**What You Need to Do**:- Be a trusted strategic partner to the Sinarmas Financial Services business units and the SQE (S-quantum engine)- Interpreting research specifications and developing a work plan that answers the business objectives- Conducting desktop research and using books, journal articles, public sources, questionnaires, surveys, and interviews to gather data- Analyzing and interpreting patterns and trends- Formulating, articulating, and validating hypotheses to help build relevant and impactful stories that relevant to answer business questions- Select appropriate research methodology, write proposals, and deliver presentations when required- Collaborate and lead the partnership with the agency in executing a particular research project- Following a strict code of ethics and protecting any confidential information gathered during the research project**What You Need to Have**:- Min 5 years experience in the field with prior experience as Senior Researcher or Research Manager- Attention to detail- Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English- Sound understanding of research methodologies and problem-solving skills- Strong statistical and mathematical aptitude- Practical experience in data crunching- Great collaborator in building solid relationships with internal and external- Passionate in understanding consumers with high curiosity- Preferred to have someone able to write and speak in Mandarin
