Summaries of responsibilities: Handling reservations and bookings Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities Manage incoming calls, message, emails and respond to guest inquiries Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Familiar with Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager is a plus Diploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
