**Things you will do**:
- Ensure the process of Bobobox Cabin's transitional stage from 'Site Construction/Preparation' into 'Site Live' at the appointed area
- Continuously improve business operations to ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis
- Assist the Resort Manager in developing the product and service strategy
- Support in setting target product and service levels
- Manage the performance and development of the cabin operation team
- Monitor cabin operations team's KPI
- Assist the Resort Manager in developing new initiatives to increase productivity, gain efficiencies, decrease customer friction, and enhance Bobobox Cabin's NPS along with the CRM team
- Partnering with the tech team to develop and integrate new technologies to improve all stages' efficiency and customer experience in Bobobox Cabin
- Develop training programs to improve the quality of service, and process improvements to deliver strong results
**You'll fit in this job if you**:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality
- Minimum 2 years of experience with extensive exposure to city/branch operations with exposure to services management, and stakeholders management
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with PMS, POS systems, Google Suites, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal communication & negotiation skills
- Strong in organizing, planning, and relationship management
- Very fluent in numbers, excellent in analyzing data, and using analytics to make decisions
- Excellent Adaptability to Fast-paced Environment
- Familiar with Setting up and Maintaining KPIs
- Familiar with SOP and Policies development
- Proven experience in product and service quality Improvements
- Experienced in coaching & training delivery

- Malang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
