- **Guest Welcoming**: Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and hospitality, providing a positive first impression of the resort.
- **Guest Assistance**: Offer assistance and answer questions related to resort facilities, services, and activities, helping guests make the most of their stay.
- **Check-In and Check-Out**: Assist with the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate information, processing payments, and providing relevant information to guests.
- **Concierge Services**: Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, entertainment, and other activities. Assist in making reservations and arrangements as requested.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any concerns or complaints from guests promptly and professionally, finding suitable solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Guest Engagement**: Initiate conversations with guests to understand their preferences and needs, creating personalized experiences.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and coordinating events, activities, and special occasions within the resort.
- **Promotion and Sales**: Promote resort amenities, packages, and special offers to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- **Maintaining Appearance**: Ensure that common areas and the reception area are neat, organized, and welcoming.
