**Your Responsibilities**
Responsible sourcing analyst will maintain, administer and coordinate the responsible sourcing procedures in order to maintain compliance with the different policies and responsible sourcing criteria included in the Palm Products. The position requires ongoing research, analysis, and evaluation of the suppliers programs to support the business.
- Conduct assessment of suppliers sourcing programs
- Organize and participate in audits, spot-checks, guided self-certification, internal assessments filings and information requests while relying on internal and third-party support.
- Contribute to internal control actions through risk assessments and lessons learned
- Evaluate, prepare, and maintain materials for audits, self-certifications, spot-checks, internal compliance assessments, self-reports, mitigation plans and evidence documentation
- Review evidence attesting to compliance with Standards and provide guidance to relevant colleagues.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders, customers and suppliers around the certification programs.
- Monitor and inform the commercial colleagues about relevant changes in policies and legislation related to their field of activity.
- Organize and develop relevant workshops and training to colleagues.
- Support the implementation of verification protocols.
- Keep documentation update and accessible to relevant users.
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor Degree from International Business, Business Administration, Agriculture, environment/ Sustainability and any related studies; having a Masters would be a plus.
- Have minimum 1-2 years in-job related experiences
- knowledge about risk assessment, traceability, environmental impact, and human rights in the agricultural commodities supply chain
- willing to work internationally & able to engage with other cultures or backgrounds
- Have strong analytical thinking skill
- Have strong result and services orientation
- Proficient using Microsoft Office program, GIS would be a plus
- Have good teamwork skills, Flexibility and autonomous
- Have excellent communication skills both in English & Bahasa, any other languages would be a plus
