Resreach Analyst (Venture Capital)

Prior experience as an Investment Analyst and Overseas Education is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Find high-quality transactions, speak with the founders, and evaluate new ventures for possible funding
- Ensure the team has an up-to-date perspective of startup activity in our areas of interest by maintaining the deal flow database
- Maintain relationships with founders, investors, and the local venture ecosystem.
- Assist the deal leads in evaluating potential investments, crafting investment documents, and preparing business plans to support the investment process.
- Assist deal leads with due diligence on start-ups.
- Help the team manage their portfolio by providing market, sector, and desktop research assistance.
- Provide support for regular reporting, audits, and portfolio monitoring

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in tier one investment banking, technology, private equity, venture capital, strategy, or consulting,
- Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to network and form relationships.
- Possess the knowledge of how to establish and utilize your network to open doors to new dealflow and ecosystems
