**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience as Area Manager (2 or more stores) in F&B Industry.
- Well-groomed and Presentable.
- Have an excellent understanding of all restaurant section, including kitchen, bar, and service.
- Customer oriented with hands-on restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
- Having good interpersonal, strong and innovative leadership, sales, and marketing.
- Understand about quality and restaurant operations.
- Understand about inventory system and good maintenance of the restaurant.
- Strong Managerial & Communication Skills.
- Strong Commitment to Service Excellence.
- Ideally Below 40 Y.O.
- Ensure that each outlet receives the necessary solutions to support team performance and outlet operations.
- Ensure that employee performance is at the highest level and has sustainable regeneration.
- Coordinate with relevant divisions to support operations.
- Be responsible for improving customer satisfaction, leading to increased retained customers.
- Be responsible for promotional media, especially for offline/outlet purposes, to align with the company's image and campaign objectives.
- Manage Training of New Staff in accordance with our Service Standards.
- Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Ensure the restaurant is well coordinated and always achieve the monthly target.
- Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
- Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards.
- Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
- Placement: Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Utara, Bekasi.
