**Job Description**:

- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Lead and increase revenues
- Prepare operational and marketing strategy
- Coach the team and develop skills
- Need "stand alone restaurant" mindset
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

**Qualifications**:

- Min 2 years experience in similar position
- Fluent in English (both verbally & written)
- Previous experience in 5 star hotel. (Luxury brand and Resort would be an advantage)
- Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure, good team player, passionate & guest oriented
- Strong organisational skills
