**Requirements**:

- Proven Restaurant Manager experience with bar management knowledge.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in food and beverage operations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with inventory management.
- Creative mindset for menu and promotions.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage restaurant operations, including the bar.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, and oversee staff.
- Control inventory and costs.
- Collaborate on menu developments.
- Maintain compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and report financial performance.
- Work on marketing strategies.
- Gather and respond to customer feedback.

Pay: Up to Rp15,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Management: 3 years (required)
