Responsibilities:- Managing and supervising day to day operational activities going smooth.- Being an excellent role model for staff to implement SOP consistently.- Make sure all restaurant tools and equipments are all well maintained- Create operational report (daily, weekly, and monthly to GM and BOD- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitabilityqualifications:- Placement at **KELAPA GADING**:- at least 2 years of full service in restaurant management- Excellent leadership skill, mentoring & coaching- Have good knowledge about sales target, restaurant operations & system- Great attitude and Integrity- Strong interpersonal and communication skill- Good ability to keep inventory organized- Attractive, neat and always pay attention to the best appearanceJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakPanjang kontrak: 12 bulanUpah: Rp10.000.000 - Rp15.000.000 per bulan
