**Responsibilities**- Manage the daily operations of the cafe, including scheduling, inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized environment, staffing, and ensuring quality customer service.- Maintain excellent customer service by ensuring all customers are satisfied and their needs are met.- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues that may arise and creating a welcoming and positive environment.- Recruit, train, supervise, and manage all employees, including front and back of house staff.- Monitor and manage expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory.- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality products.- Implement and enforce all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation.- Collaborate with the head office to develop, manage and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and drive customer traffic.- Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.- Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and other regular reports.- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.- Liaise with the Franchise Manager from head office for inspection and audit.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.- Proven experience as Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar position.- Strong English skills both written and spoken.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to understand other people and maintain a people-first attitude.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management.- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.- Knowledge of recruiting and staff management.- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.- Good understanding of useful computer programs.- Currently living in Surabaya and the greater area is preferred.Pay: From Rp6,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Restaurant Manager: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
