**Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily operations of the cafe, including scheduling, inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized environment, staffing, and ensuring quality customer service.
- Maintain excellent customer service by ensuring all customers are satisfied and their needs are met.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues that may arise and creating a welcoming and positive environment.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and manage all employees, including front and back of house staff.
- Monitor and manage expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality products.
- Implement and enforce all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation.
- Collaborate with the head office to develop, manage and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and drive customer traffic.
- Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and other regular reports.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Liaise with the Franchise Manager from head office for inspection and audit.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar position.
- Strong English skills both written and spoken.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to understand other people and maintain a people-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of recruiting and staff management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Good understanding of useful computer programs.
- Currently living in Surabaya and the greater area is preferred.
Pay: From Rp6,000,000 per month
