**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily cafe operations, including maintaining cleanliness, overseeing staffing, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to front and back of house staff to maintain efficient service and uphold quality standards.
- Assist with scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in controlling expenses, including food and labor costs.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in enforcing health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by executing strategies to drive customer traffic and sales growth.
- Aid in budget management and financial reporting as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
- Prepare and present regular reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates on cafe operations.
- Address customer complaints and work towards swift resolution to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in coordinating inspections and audits with the Franchise Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, such as team leader roles.
- Strong English skills both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- People-oriented attitude with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and making effective decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of food preparation and familiarity with kitchen operations.
- Basic understanding of financial management and cost control principles.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with useful software programs.
- Currently living in Surabaya is preferred.
Pay: From Rp500,000,000 per month

- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
