Restructuring Manager

Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential debtors who meet the criteria for restructuring offers. Oversee the entire restructuring process, including document collection, amount calculation, memo creation, and final implementation. Monitor the progress of debtors undergoing restructuring and collaborate with the Area Collection Manager and Business team to ensure successful outcomes. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including both internal and external stakeholders. Work with the Area Collection Manager to recruit suitable Field Collectors to handle debtor cases. Ensure the timely completion of assigned work plan objectives and projects. Requirements Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in the restructuring process within the multifinance industry. Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. Proven experience in managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
