- Develop a comprehensive mapping strategy for opening new stores.
- Analyze potential markets for store expansion, including the assessment of existing stores for renewal, relocation, or closure.
- Conduct market analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Negotiate optimal rental terms and prices for new shops and refurbished stores.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure budget adherence and control rental prices.
- Collaborate with departments such as Renovation, Finance, Legal, and Retail Operations for seamless
- store opening, closing, or renewal processes.
- Work closely with the administration team to prepare project files and communicate with property owners.
- Prepare store profitability calculations for management approval and finance team evaluation.
- Develop proposals for closing unprofitable stores, ensuring a strategic approach.
- Maintain relationships with Mall Management and building owners.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for smooth operations and collaboration.
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor and control rental prices versus budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Retail or Food and Beverages industry, with a focus on building relations
- Strong understanding of location analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia for site surveys, store assessments, and meetings.
- Mobile and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of store expansion activities.
