Retail Manager / Site Manager

PT. Digiphoto Imaging Indonesia currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to immediately fill positions at our operations in Indonesia as:
**RETAIL/SITE MANAGER**

To handle the overall management of one particular site by setting the direction and the pace at which the team moves. Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to their operations. They are expert trainers who can train other people to become expert trainers. Site Managers are the owners of the business unit. They exhibit entrepreneurial thinking and behavior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma graduate with good English communication skill
- To be placed in Bekasi, Indonesia
- Having a retail experience minimum 2 Years
- A self-motivated fast learner
- Flexible and adaptable
- Knowledge in excel
- Good understanding of numbers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing roles & Managerial level
- An extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers
- The ability to impart knowledge and create and train others within the organization

Full training will be given to successful applicants however 1 -2 years' experience within the hospitality and/or retail industry would be desirable.

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
