**Job Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years experience in Retail Industry as Operation Manager
- Proven Leadership skills, People management, Management skills, Negotiation skills, Analytical skills, Financial and analysis skills.
- Willing to travel around Indonesia
- Maximum age 42 years

**Job Desk**:

- Analyzing stores sales and daily operational reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes
- Develop and monitor through effective planning about setting sales goals, analyzing sales, stock management, display, human resources, etc
- Working with top management to ensure clarity of strategy, decision making and execution in relation to regulations and markets
- Coordinate and oversee fulfillment of repair and maintenance for the store
- Maintaining relationships, communicating & negotiating with all area partners (regional team, mall team, and department store team)
- In charge of planning opening a new store and working closely with the Marketing team in terms of offline events or campaign
- Responsible for setting targets and delegating the targets to Regional Manager and Area Supervisor
