**Position Purpose**:
Manage and develop retail sales plan, ensure store targets are achieved, maximize retail sales to grow ranking and productivity of each counter. Manage day to day smooth running of retail business including BA management, BA training, operation issues and stock replenishment.
YOUR MISSION
Retail Sales Development
- Drive sales performance for all stores/counters to reach the target set by the management.
- Manage healthy stock inventory at all counters.
- Compile monthly sales reports to management (commercial lines including new launches).
- Communicate competition's marketing activity to management.
Management of Sales Forces
- Ensure that BCs follow the brand art of selling and express the Brand values through customer service.
- Motivate, evaluate and retain a dynamic sales team and build team spirit.
- Improve BC productivity and ensure development of BCs through regular coaching sessions and counter visits.
- Co-operate with training team to ensure BCs attend the mandatory training courses.
- Initiate and execute local incentive programs.
- Recruit the best qualified counter managers and BCs.
- Propose and work closely with Sales Manager on BC development plan to increase knowledge and skills.
- Propose and work closely with Sales Manager with regards to manpower allocation by store.
- Plan and control expense budget pertaining to retail activities (transportation, atrium miscellaneous expenses etc).
- Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at assigned counters.
Brand/ Image & Merchandising Execution
- Enhance the Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities.
- Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to PCD standards and following central guidelines.
Promotion/ Animation Management
- Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department.
- Ensure preparation prior to the event/ animation and compile the feedback report after each event.
- Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at each event/ animation.
Retail Execution and Coordination
- Take ownership of any retail projects.
- Ensure counter teams' consistent daily use of tools and operating standards.
- Monitor progress and review counters' results with CMs/ counter heads.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for BCs.
Mystery Shoppers Survey
- Ensure close follow up on action plans in order to improve D.I.O.R indicators of assigned counters.
**Requirements**:

- At least 5-8 years/experience in retail/operations at supervision level and already managing a team.
- Excellent knowledge/ experience in retail business.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in building effective teams.
