Retail Operations Manager

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase, plan inventory and oversee non-merchandise material (Dustbag, Paperbag, Uniform, etc)
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs of ArCo, & store team
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements:

- University graduate or equivalent level.
- 5-7 years Proven work experience as Area Manager / Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management (product, services, & sales techniques)
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills with proven people management skills and team player.
- Works with Senior Operation Manager, Area Sales Coordinators, Visual Merchandiser as well as Product Planning to develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential
