Job Description Develop comprehensive retail credit risk policies in alignment with organizational objectives.Conduct regular analysis and monitoring of the retail portfolio to identify emerging risks and opportunities.Prepare ad-hoc reports for both internal stakeholders and external executive audiences.Facilitate meetings and committees to address retail credit risk issues and set strategic agendas.Requirement In-depth understanding of auto finance products, credit risk, and residual value risk within the automotive financing industry.Proficiency in risk business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent presentation skills with the capability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
