Job Description
Manage and Troubleshoot inbounding and post-inbound process in collaboration with Logistics, Suppliers, and Finance Team
Communicate with different suppliers to ensure procurement process run smoothly and minimize bottleneck along the process
Solve the problems during procurement process including Purchase Order (PO) and Reservation Order (RSO) creation and also Reverse Logistic process
Ensure Supplier's On Time in Full (OTIF) and reduce Procurement Lead Time to prevent stock unavailabity and supply shortage
Provide Monthly Supplier Performance report and open discussion with Suppliers if necessary to prevent repetitive operation issues

Requirement
Diploma's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum 1 year working experience in warehouse environment or any supply chain area/discipline
Possess knowledge in procurement, commercial/retail, and warehousing
Advance in Microsoft Excel is a must
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Proactive, responsive, persistent, and agile in day-to-day problem solving
