Revenue Hotel Supervisor

Implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy levels, and overall profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and occupancy rates, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare annual budgets and revenue forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment in achieving revenue goals while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management or related roles within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and other relevant technology tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
