The Rewards Analyst focuses on managing Rewards cycle as well as the day-to-day Rewards in line with business needs. The Rewards Cycle includes but not limited to Annual Salary Review (Merit Increase) & Bonus Cycle, Salary Review (Promotion & Salary Adjustments), Performance Review as well as Manpower Planning.
The Rewards Analyst is also responsible for preparing, cleaning, analyzing, and summarizing the data, whilst using the right data sources and implementing main C&B processes in line with Company policy. This role also requires analyzing compensation & benefits under a supervision of Rewards Manager, working closely with larger HR community (HR Business Partners, IR, and Payroll) and Finance team, amongst others.
The Rewards Analyst participates in HR projects as the regular team member and provides inputs for the successful completion of projects.
About you
**Key Responsibilities of Rewards Analyst**
- Preparing promotion and salary adjustment proposal, liaising with respective HR Business Partners
- Assisting Rewards Manager in conducting the year end performance review, annual merit increase and bonus distribution
- Providing support to Rewards Manager on ad-hoc Rewards projects by preparing data & analysis on compensation & benefits
- Creating and managing Power BI report for Rewards Activity
- Preparing and submitting rewards data for external and internal survey that are required
- Providing C&B advice and/or data to other HR team upon request
- Analyzing Company's current Rewards Policy, Benefit Policy, and salary competitiveness with external/internal data benchmarking
- Supporting the Rewards team in overseeing Manpower Planning and its actualisation
