- Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, budget, and market trends.
- Rewards Program Development: Designing various rewards programs and other recognition initiatives. This inclides conducting the study, designing the proposal, simulating the cost impact, preparing the communication strategy, as well as the program roll out
- Data Analysis: Using data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of existing rewards programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvements for enhancements
- budgeting & Cost COptimization : Ensuring that all rewards programs are within allocated budget and that budget for such programs are utilized effectively
- Managing Executive Remuneration : ensuring the executive remuneration is well managed
- Performance Management: Integrating rewards and recognition initiatives with the company's performance management system to link rewards to individual and team achievements.
- Market Benchmark: Conducting research as well as analyzing industry trends and best practicing in employee rewards & recognition to ensure competitiveness
- Policy and Compliance: Ensuring that all rewards programs are in line with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
- Vendor Management: Collaborating with external vendors, such as benefits providers or recognition platforms, to support the implementation and administration of rewards programs.
- Rewards Process Enhancement : Bring improvement to rewards process and/or style part of continuous improvement and more effective & efficient way of working
About you
- Influencing Skills (challenge the status quo, ability to influence business partner, strong negotiation skills)
- Analytical skills (strong accounting/numbers/control background
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Experiences in compensation & benefit min 5 years
