Rigging Supervisor

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction activities of the geothermal project, ensuring that the project runs according to schedule, budget, and established quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Leading the construction team in implementing work according to the project plan.- Overseeing daily activities on-site, including the installation of geothermal equipment and related infrastructure.- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards in all construction aspects.- Effectively communicating with project management teams, engineers, and other relevant parties.- Monitoring construction quality and ensuring that work meets technical specifications.- Responding to project changes and challenges with effective solutions.- Ensuring the project runs according to the established schedule and budget.- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years of experyience as a Construction Supervisor.- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.- Experience working as a Supervisor on geothermal projects.- Understanding of safety standards and environmental regulations related to geothermal projects.- Good leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team.- Good communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to operate computers (Ms Word and Excel)."Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
