**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Advanced degree such as CPA or MBA and CFA is preferred.
- A minimum of 12 years of pertinent experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial management within top-tier or 'big-four' consulting firms, private equity, venture capital, or in-house M&A activities. Ideally, rated in the top 25% of a Big 4 class, with international exposure being a plus.
- Robust experience and advanced technical skills in Financial Risk Management, Financial Risk, and Regulatory Risk areas. Demonstrated expertise in implementing IFRS 9 is highly valued.
