What you'll do:
1. Risk Assessment:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments across different business units.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential risks associated with operational processes and strategic initiatives.
1. Mitigation Strategies:
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of identified risks.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
1. Policy Development:
- Contribute to the development, standardization, and implementation of internal policies aligned with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Regularly review and update policies to address emerging risk factors.
1. Compliance Monitoring:
- Formulate and execute a compliance monitoring program to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Establish systems for continuous monitoring and reporting on compliance metrics.
1. Internal Investigations:
- Lead or oversee internal investigations related to compliance matters.
- Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of investigation outcomes.

What you'll need:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a senior specialist or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
