Risk Management Staff

Persyaratan- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field is an advantage.- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.- Experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.- High-level written and verbal communication skills.- Fluent in english verbal and written.Tanggung Jawab- Construct a strategy to encourage the creation of a Corporate Compliance Culture.- Proposing a compliance policy or compliance principles to be set by the Company.- Establish systems and compliance procedures that will be used to develop internal company rules and guidelines.- Leading and directing the preparation of Business Plans and Short-term, medium-term and long-term Action Plans in the areas of Audit, Compliance & Risk Management to be in line with Company policy.
