Risk Manager Pinjammodal

Responsible for participating in building, contributing, providing ideas and responses mainly from a risk perspective in the process of assessing prospective debtors at Pinjam Modal.

Responsible for participating in designing a monitoring framework for customers who already have exposure in Pinjam Modal to ensure that there is no default and the credit quality is always in good performance.

Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations

Generates an increase in the quality of the portfolio based on the internal data obtained

Coordinating the creation of a reliable credit engine

Ensuring Risk team maintains data confidentiality and develops SOPs that are capable of being in line with applicable regulations

Increase Transactions rate from our potential customers

Develop soft/technical team skills.
3-5 years of experience in credit risk analysis or corporate risk

Knowledge of statistical model calculation (regression, decision tree) is an advantage

Knowledge of SQL programming languages is an advantage (SAS is preferred)

Knowledge of customer valuation modelling, credit and banking products, credit analytics, and risk assessment

Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Understand the concept and basis of risk analysis in quantitative or qualitative terms

Able to understand the business model (especially in the field of fmcg or inventory financing) and conduct in-depth analysis to be able to draw conclusions on the sustainability of the prospective borrower's business.

Sensitive to both macro and micro business risks.

Possessed BSMR Certificate Level I

Determine and build a risk apetite that is acceptable to the organization.
